Translation assistance
The translation assistance is available for about 30 languages and provides automatic translation into one of the available target languages.
The translation service used is DeepL, which is one of the most advanced translators. Information about DeepL and the terms of use can be found at https://www.deepl.com.
- Go to the page to be translated in the desired language version (e.g. English) and call up "Languages" > "Translation help" in the orange menu
- Confirm the warning message, then the page is automatically translated into the current target language, starting from the implementation language (usually German).
Afterwards, the page can be further edited using the means of the CMS.
It is recommended to have the translation revised by someone with native level language skills.
ATTENTION:
If the page is translated again, manual revisions will be lost. In that case, it is recommended to translate newly added parts separately in one of the available online translators and insert only these parts into the page.
